3) Primary Unit Rep This person doesn't actually have to be the sole leader of the Unit (although in many cases they will be), but they must be a responsible person that Dagorhir can contact to give information to the entire Unit. The Unit Rep will be the Unit's way of giving feedback to Dagorhir concerning rules, battle locations, battle types, and event scheduling.

4)Secondary Unit Rep should ensure that the Unit provides an up-to-date e-mail address to the Battle Check-In Staff for timely dissemination of information. Will be 2nd person for contact if the Primary Unit rep can not be Contacted.

5)Members Attendance All Units must have at least three active members with Einherjar min garb, (i.e., they have attended 3 battles in one battle season) and a list must be kept by the Unit of its members. All five members do not have to show up at a given battle or all at the same time, but each must show up at least 3 battles in a season to be considered active.
7)Web Site Not required...If you would like Einherjar can make a your unit a singlePage information on Einherjars web site. We can also assist you on building a website.
If do have one please make sure that it Follows all the Dagorhir Chapter requirements:
a) Your page must promote Dagorhir, Making it very clear that you are a Dagorhir organization.
c) Make certain that nothing on your page reflects poorly on Dagorhir or on Dagorhir members.
d) Make sure that your page does not spread inaccurate information or misinformation.
