	Units Requirements 1)Name: Units can have any name you wish use any Name that's appropriate to the fantasy/medieval genre of Dagorhir   2)Unit Symbol; a Symbol that tells something about the Unit . What's on your Symbol is up to your Unit. Must be appropriate to the fantasy/medieval genre of Dagorhir. 3) Primary Unit Rep This person doesn't actually have to be the sole leader of the Unit (although in many cases they will be), but they must be a responsible person that Dagorhir can contact to give information to the entire Unit. The Unit Rep will be the Unit's way of giving feedback to Dagorhir concerning rules, battle locations, battle types, and event scheduling.   Real Name______________________________   Persona Name___________________________   Phone #________________________________   Email address___________________________   4)Secondary Unit Rep should ensure that the Unit provides an up-to-date e-mail address to the Battle Check-In Staff for timely dissemination of information. Will be 2nd person for contact if the Primary Unit rep can not be Contacted.   Real Name______________________________   Persona Name___________________________   Phone #________________________________   Email address___________________________ 5)Members Attendance All Units must have at least three active members with Einherjar min garb, (i.e., they have attended 3 battles in one battle season) and a list must be kept by the Unit of its members. All five members do not have to show up at a given battle or all at the same time, but each must show up at least 3 battles in a season to be considered active. 6)Roster Units must keep an updated roster of members and make it available to Check-in Staff if requested. 7)Web Site Not required...If you would like Einherjar can make a your unit a singlePage information on Einherjars web site. We can also assist you on building a website.   If do have one please make sure that it Follows all the Dagorhir Chapter requirements: a) Your page must promote Dagorhir, Making it very clear that you are a Dagorhir organization. b) Feature prominent links back to www.dagorhir.com and WWW.Einherjarsvalhalla.com c) Make certain that nothing on your page reflects poorly on Dagorhir or on Dagorhir members. d) Make sure that your page does not spread inaccurate information or misinformation.  If all of the Above requirements are met and a web site is link to our page. Einherjar will make sure your unit is listed under Einherjar on the Dagorhir web site for all to see.
