Merchant registration is now open until May 31st 2010
This year we will not be charging booth fees for Ragnarok. However every booth must submit an application and be approved to sell their goods at Ragnarok.
Merchants who had booth space at Ragnarok XXIV may now submit their applications for booth space at Ragnarok XXV. We will give first consideration to returning merchants between Dec 1st 2009 and January 31st 2010. After January 31st a returning merchant will be considered at the same time as a new merchant.
New merchants may submit their application at any time however we will not consider the application until after January 31, 2010

After approval each merchant must submit proof of the following licenses and insurances before being issued merchanting space.:
Each Ragnarok Merchant will need a Pennsylvania tax license. Apply for the license directly with the Commenwealth of PA Department of Revenue. If you have any questions please call the new castle district office at 724-656-3203.
All merchants must provide a certificate of insurance for their business. Insurance requirements include : additional insurance endorsement naming Coopers lake Farms Inc, 205 Currie Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057. It must be written exactly as shown above. Each occurrence limit of 1,000,000.00 and a general Aggregate of 2,000,000.00 .
If you merchant in Food you will need a Food Safety Handlers License, Dept of Agriculture, Bureau of Food Safety and lab Services. Issued by PA. More information is available at http://www.agriculture.state.pa.us/agriculture/site/default.asp
